WEEK 4 OF PRACTICUM
WEEK 4 - 24-28 JUNE 2024
Throughout my teaching schedule, I successfully managed to conduct 33 periods across various classes, including Class 403, Class 503, and Class 302, as well as Tahfiz classes for Form 3 and Form 5. To maintain a balanced approach to my responsibilities and personal well-being, I applied for two days of leave on Tuesday and Wednesday. This brief respite allowed me to recharge, ensuring I returned to my duties with renewed energy and focus, ultimately benefiting my students and enhancing the overall learning environment.
In addition to my teaching commitments, I was entrusted with the role of program coordinator for the Ithbat program. This position involved organizing and planning various activities aimed at promoting student engagement and personal development. Working closely with colleagues and students, I ensured the program met its objectives and provided a meaningful experience for all participants. Balancing this role with my teaching responsibilities not only enriched my professional growth but also strengthened my commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
SWOT ANALYSIS
Some of the strengths that i had during the week 9 were i managed to provide slide for my teaching and learning lessons and also provided some of the guided questions in my slide.
While some of the weakness that i had identified during the week 9 was somehow i overlook the weak students. In addition, I have also taken the time of other teachers teaching and learning session.
Next the opportunity that i had identified was that some of the students managed to properly explain some of the topics better than i'm.
Last but not least, the threat that i had identified was that when the classroom temperature was rises it will cause the students not interested in focus the class.
